Board-certified concierge psychiatrist accessible via video from anywhere in Florida

Concierge Psychiatric Care — Without the Drive

Dr. Mark Agresti's Palm Beach psychiatry practice serves patients throughout Florida via telehealth. Florida's favorable telehealth laws and current DEA regulations allow full psychiatric care — including controlled substance prescriptions — via secure video appointment.

The concierge model doesn't change with distance. Telehealth patients receive the same direct cell access, same-day appointment availability, and extended visit times as in-office patients.

Yes. Under current DEA telehealth rules, Dr. Agresti can prescribe controlled medications — including ADHD stimulants and Suboxone — after a telehealth evaluation, e-prescribed to your Florida pharmacy.

Dr. Agresti himself, every visit. There are no physician assistants or nurse practitioners in this practice, and sessions are extended and unhurried rather than 15-minute med checks.

Most care can remain fully remote. Some patients choose occasional in-person visits at the Palm Beach office, and Dr. Agresti will tell you plainly if your situation calls for one.
