10 Secrets to sleeping Better

​1.) Get on a schedule and go to bed at the same time every night. Do the same thing before bed every night.

2.) Sleep in a dark, quiet and cool room.

3.) Sleep on your back with a pillow under your feet.

4.) No eating or drinking 2 hours before bedtime.
